Summer 2024 camp will take place June 24th- June 28th 9am-noon. Camp will be held at Hopewell Valley Central High School Turf Field.
Camp will be held for Boys and Girls entering grades 2-9 in the fall 2024.
Register early to save. Register prior to 6/1/2023 for $200. Register after 6/1/2023 for $225. Please email for multiplayer family discount.
Players will be grouped by gender, age and ability.
Sessions primary focus will be on individual skill development and fundamentals. Lacrosse is first and foremost a skill game. The players with the best skills will be the best players. Our experienced Lacrosse Coaches will teach your child the proper fundamentals needed to excel at the sport of Lacrosse.
Individual Skills to be developed will include:
- Passing and Catching
- Ground Balls
- Stick Handling
- Dodging
- Shooting
- Man to Man Defense
- Transition Offense and Defense
- Offensive Fundamentals
- Period 1 will focus on individual skills
- Period 2 will focus on situational play (1v1, 2v1, 2v2 etc.)
- Period 3 will focus on controlled game play
